CHICKEN ADOBO
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of chicken, either bone-less or with the bone.
 - 1/2 cup of soy sauce
 - 1/4 of vinegar
 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
 - 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
 - 2 bay leaves
 
Step 1: Boil water in a big pot
Step 2: Once water is boiled put chicken in and start adding the rest of the ingredients
Step 3: Turn the hit down to medium and cover, stir every 30 minutes.
Step 4: Cook the chicken adobo until there there is a cooked brown color on the chicken and the sauce level is about an 1 inch.
Step 5: Serve hot, over rice. Enjoy!
